Ryan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>John Ryan<\/strong> is a native of Norfolk, Virginia who began his legal career in 1994 as an assistant city attorney. In 2000, he entered private practice for the former Marcus, Santoro &amp; Kozak firm. He has developed a thriving practice representing businesses and individuals in the courtroom and the boardroom. John worked for more than a decade as a shareholder with our predecessor firm Crowley, Liberatore, Ryan &amp; Brogan, P.C., and he has been listed among the Legal Elite by Virginia Business magazine. John \u2018s practice focuses on corporate governance and transition, bankruptcy and financial restructuring, and commercial litigation.<\/p>\n<p>John graduated with a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College in 1990 and received his law degree from The College of William and Mary \u2013 Marshall Wythe Law School in 1994.
