Stephen J. DeBoer graduated from Regent University School of Law in 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Thomas Edison University. Stephen practiced in Chesapeake, Virginia, for about 10 years before joining the firm in 2019. Stephen focuses on residential and commercial real estate in both Virginia and North Carolina, in addition to business law, estate planning, and estate administration. Stephen has successfully represented individuals, businesses, builders, and churches across all areas of his practice.
Stephen serves as Chairman of the Chesapeake Board of Zoning Appeals and is a past-president of the Chesapeake Bar Association. He is also a member of the selective Blackstone Legal Fellowship.
